Pray!

Please say a prayer for me today!
I am going to be interviewed today at 3:20 pm for our local TV station's The Weekly Show for their Mother's Day Special, I will be sharing about our Adoption and what the Lord is doing in Our Family.
I pray that the Lord will give me the words to say so that someone else may see the need. I feel honored to be asked to do this interview and I want to spread the word about Adoption.
If you would please just say a little prayer for me I would be forever grateful!
Thanks,
Konnie

Weekend on the River!

This past weekend My Family and I were invited to the river by some friends from church. We were told that we could move into their home for a long weekend, {there home sits right off of the river.}
So we loaded up, and headed to the river Friday morning and spent the weekend on the river in our friends boat and kayaks. They have a beautiful home and are very grateful that they asked us to go and stay in their home. We had a very relaxing weekend with my family, My parents were there with us and one of my sister's and her family and My Brother and his family came on Saturday. It was a wonderful getaway and we are grateful for the oppurtunity. It was a great mini-vacation, leading up to our big vacation that we will be going on in just a few short weeks {4 weeks and 4 days to be exact}hehe! Except for our big vacation will be heading to FLORDIA to see M-I-C-K-E-Y  M-O-U-S-E! for 2 whole weeks! 10 days in the parks and 4 days to lay by the pool!  And we are going with our Bestest Friends in the whole world! Jenn and Paul and Family from thelifeandtimesofmommy.
Jenn let the countdown begin! hehe!
Here are a few pics of our wonderful relaxing weekend onthe river.

Praying!

Would you all please say a prayer for our Little girl?
There was a 7.1 earthquake that struck China today. We are not sure if the earthquake was close enough to the orphanage to do any damage. But we do know that the death toll is over 500 and that they are saying that there are over 10,000 injured.
I have been out of commission today, and had not heard about the earthquake until this afternoon. Our agency has not posted anything, which has really got me worried because when the earthquake struck Haiti a few months ago they sent out emails to all of the families saying that the orphange was fine, but we have heard nothing about the orphanage in China.
This is an awful feeling, not knowing if your child is ok.
Please say a prayer for our baby girl, that she is safe along with all of the other children and caretakers.
Also keep all of China in your prayers.
Love,
The Dooley's
